Dawn Hershey began her entertainment career at Nickelodeon Animation Studios in 1995, rising from receptionist to Casting Director.
A member of the Casting Society of America (C.S.A.) since 1999, she became Executive Director of Casting at Icebox and later co-founded Blindlight, where she oversaw voice-over production for the videogame industry for seven years.
As both a casting director and voice director, Dawn knows how to identify the right performer and guide the performance once they are in the booth. She also brings deep experience in celebrity booking and session management, distinct skills that keep high-profile sessions prepared, comfortable, and productive.
